What is Disciple Making?
Definitions
are important because, in their best use, they define reality. A good
definition can literally create reality. The expression disciple making
closely reflects the words of Jesus. Our definition describes what is
meant by the expression make disciples. Matthew 28:19-20 gives us a
summary description of Jesus’ mandate:
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
