Church 101 Goes Viral!
In the last year, the Church 101 Course had been used by more than 50 groups to train hundreds of people in our basic "rhythms of attention".
The Course is now being used by second, third and fourth generations
of people so it's growth no longer possible to track its use. It's also
beginning to be translated into other languages. (Paul Harrigan and his leadership team in France are beginning a French translation with videos by French speakers. Jim and Cathy Mellon recently taught this material to over 100 pastors and wives in India.)
Why is this important? Of
course, it's not about the Course itself. What is important is that a
growing number of people around the world are learning to connect with
others on a heart level (deepening community). And, they are learning
to hear God's voice for themselves. That's revolutionary!
In the video below, Sean Hyatt shares how this Course came about. Basically, it is the result of two LK10 practices - listening to God and experimenting.

men's group is nothing short of a weekly work of God. Started the guys
on "checking in" two weeks ago. They love it! They are all journaling
what they get from the Word and we'll be doing listening in the next
couple weeks. Guys are bringing friends who they find are hungering new
growth. It's one of the best groups I've ever had in all the years (of
leading groups).
