Here are the two biggest needs we've found in house church (small group) leaders...

1. "I feel alone."  "I'm leading this house church but how do I connect with the larger Body of Christ?  Where can I go for personal support and encouragement?"
2. "I don't feel equipped."  "Leadership training when I was in a traditional church didn't prepare me for leading an organic house church!  Where do I go to get help when I have questions?"

It was to meet these needs that we developed our Leader 101 Course. This Course has three components...

1. Content.  12 month curriculum uniquely designed to equip leaders to lead organic groups.
2. Community.  Every member of Leader 101 is part of a Leader Team that meets at least twice a month (often virtually).  This is the context for mutual support and encouragement.
3. Church Planting.  Every member prays the 10:2b Prayer and looks for answers from the Lord of the harvest.

Leader 101 is the next step after Church 101.

Currently, we have eleven Leader Teams with members in Russia, Germany, France, Norway, Thailand, Uruguay as well as from many places in the US.  Interested in finding out more about Leader 101?  Click here.
