Cultivating Joy:  Week Three June 14, 2015   Our Leader Teams this month are focusing on cultivating the habit of joy as a key to becoming more effective leaders.  This week, we are looking at how God develops joy in our lives in the midst of trials. In my blog post this week, I'll share with you two Greek words and one hilarious (but profound!) video.  These two Greek words have been key to me understanding God's process of transformation in my life.
